Prime Minister Narendra Modi met top US Business leaders at the round table meeting in Washington DC.
American CEOs of global giants, including Apple, Amazon and Google, were present at the CEO roundtable and discussed issues ranging from visas, investment and job creation.
Among those who attended the roundtable are Google’s Sundar Pichai, Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, Apple’s Tim Cook, Mastercard’s Ajay Banga, CISCO’s executive chairman John Chambers and Deloitte’s Global CEO Punit Renjen.
PM Modi invited the companies to explore India story. He said that Growth of India presents win-win partnership for both India and US. Further he gave an invitation to the CEOs to invest in India and assured that US companies have a great opportunity to contribute to India’s growth trajectory.
PM Modi said that the implementation of the landmark initiative of GST could be a subject of studies in US business schools.
